Needle roller and cage assemblies for crank pins and piston pins
Needle roller and cage assemblies for connecting rod bearing arrangements are used in the crank mechanisms of 2 and 4 stroke engines as well as in compressors for supporting crank pins and piston pins. They consist of cages equipped with needle rollers, support high centrifugal and acceleration forces and are suitable for high speeds.

Triondur®
Triondur® coating systems are produced under vacuum using the PVD and PACVD method. In order to ensure optimum function of the coating, the entire process chain is matched to the specific coating system. Since not only the base material but also the surface to be coated and the functional layer just a few microns in thickness must all be taken into consideration, the excellent characteristics of Triondur® are realised in an optimum manner. Triondur® is therefore more than just a coating – it is a coating system that takes account of the complete component, from production through to application.

Triondur®-Schichtsysteme werden im Vakuum nach dem PVD- und PACVD-Verfahren hergestellt. Zur optimalen Funktion der Beschichtung ist dazu die gesamte Prozesskette dem jeweiligen Schichtsystem angepasst. Da so neben dem Grundwerkstoff auch die zu beschichtende Oberfläche und die nur wenige Mikrometer dicke Funktionsschicht zusammen berücksichtigt werden, kommen die herausragenden Eigenschaften von Triondur® optimal zum Tragen. Deshalb ist Triondur® auch mehr als nur eine Beschichtung: Es ist ein Schichtsystem, das das ganze Bauteil von der Herstellung bis zur Anwendung berücksichtigt
